Refund / Cancellation Policy

Blue Line Beauty & Wellness is committed to clear and fair policies regarding appointments, services, and purchases.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee of [insert fee or percentage].

2. Deposits

If a deposit is required to reserve an appointment, that deposit may be applied toward your service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is missed, canceled late, or if you fail to meet pre-appointment requirements, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Services Rendered

Payments for services already performed are non-refundable. Because medical aesthetic, wellness, and clinical services are individualized and involve provider time, supplies, and professional judgment, we do not guarantee outcomes, and dissatisfaction alone does not entitle a client to a refund.

4. Packages and Prepaid Services

Packages, memberships, or prepaid services, if offered, are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Unused portions may expire according to the terms provided at purchase.

5. Product Returns

Unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, at our discretion, unless the item is marked final sale or restricted for return due to safety or compliance reasons. Opened, used, prescription, compounded, temperature-sensitive, or special-order items are not returnable unless required by law or damaged upon receipt.

6. Shipping Issues

If a shipped item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at bluelineaprn@gmail.com or 239-340-2014. We may require photos, packaging details, and proof of purchase to review the issue.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy, involve misuse of products, or reflect services/products already consumed or delivered.
